Tere began her Trichology journey as a USTI student and is now our top educator and mentor. Tere was the first Certified Trichologist from USTI, marking a significant milestone in her career and setting a precedent for future students. Her dedication to the field of Trichology has been instrumental in her success as an educator and mentor at USTI. Tere's 30+ year career as an elite platform cosmetology educator for top brands and as an advocate for her clients has culminated in her desire to help her clients with hair loss. To add to her Trichology studies and delve deeper into modern advancements in stem cell research and PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) for hair regrowth, Tere became certified in Phlebotomy in 2016. In 2017, Tere was asked to become an educator for USTI, where she loves to teach and mentor her USTI students. In just five years, Tere successfully grew her business to achieve her goal of living in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Tere continues to earn a substantial income from her Texas clients by utilizing XTC's dropshipping program to sustain the income stream she has developed over the past eight years. Known as the “Growth Factors Queen,” Tere uses groundbreaking technology, including Growth Factors+ and LLLT therapy for hair regrowth and educates in both dermarolling and microneedling. Analyssa, a cosmetologist for over 12 years specializing in hair restoration for the last six, is set to open her own clinic in Houston, TX. With three years as a Cosmetology Instructor and a Trichologist certification, her passion for teaching scalp health and hair loss solutions continues to grow, inspiring future leaders in Trichology.
