• Certification Requirements: Completion of tests for Chapters 1-14 (Test 1) and 15-30 (Test 2), and Trichology certificate of completion for those who meet the requirements.

• Transfer Fee: $100 if canceled within 2 weeks prior to the start date, $200 if canceled within 5 days prior. Future class availability is not guaranteed, but each class has a waiting list.
