• Live Consultations and Scoping: Work with live models to conduct real consultations and checkups.
• Expert Scoping: Learn to identify progression and timelines in hair and scalp issues.
• Proper Tracking: Understand how to properly track and document pictures, with consent for use in your practice.
• Checkup (Live Models): Practice checkups with live models.

Course Requirements

• Research Paper: Each student must complete and submit one research paper.
• Client Case Studies: Submit two brief client case studies (PowerPoint/Google Slides) two weeks before attending clinicals. A $250 late fee applies if not submitted on time.

Payments & Transfer Policy

Clinicals Importance

To secure your spot in the class, you must complete the clinical registration form and submit full payment at least one month prior to the class start date.
If you miss this deadline, you may still register; however, be aware that your spot will not be guaranteed. Ensure you take prompt action to confirm your participation. After this deadline, you may still register, but your spot is not guaranteed.

Cancellation/Transfer Fees

• 2 Months Before: If you cancel attendance two months or more before the start date, a $249 transfer fee will apply.

• 1 Month Before: If you cancel attendance within one month but more than two weeks before the start date, a $495 transfer fee will apply.

• 2 Weeks or Less Before: If you cancel attendance within two weeks or less before the start date, you will forfeit 50% of the total class price.

Non-Refundable Fees

In the event of a class cancellation, a non-refundable deposit of $250 will be required for any future classes. This deposit is in addition to the full non-refundable class tuition fee, helping us to manage our resources effectively. If you choose to attend the rescheduled class, this deposit can be applied toward the purchase of tools, products, or the cost of another class to enhance your learning experience.

While USTI strives to offer a variety of class options, please be aware that availability for future classes cannot be guaranteed due to demand. Each class does maintain a waiting list, allowing us to accommodate as many participants as possible.
