Andrew Ashby serves as Vice President (VP) for the United States Trichology Institute (USTI), XTC Hair Rejuvenation Systems, and Hair Loss Control Clinic (HLCC), and is both USTI and AMCA Certified as a Trichologist. For the past four years, Andrew has played an integral role in driving growth across all three organizations while maintaining a strong focus on student success and professional outcomes in the field of trichology.

With a background in marketing and sales, Andrew brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to the business side of trichology. He works closely with students, educators, and industry partners to bridge education with real-world application—helping future trichologists feel confident not only in their clinical knowledge, but also in their ability to market themselves and grow thriving practices.

Andrew is deeply involved in supporting students beyond certification, guiding them through branding, marketing strategy, private-label product development, and long-term business growth. His goal is to ensure that every student and graduate has access to the tools, systems, and support needed to build sustainable careers in the hair and scalp health industry.
